I am a keener.

So I had a midterm in Sociology today. Because I'm a keener and I write a lot (short answer? Pfft) I was one of the last people to leave. My professor, who is one of the people who heads the department, was standing at the back of the class so I passed her as I was leaving. She stopped me, and we had the following exchange:

Dr. C: What are you majoring in?
Me: I have no idea yet.
Dr. C: It should be Sociology, from the looks of it.
Me: Heh, maybe.
Dr. C: Keep us in mind.

They're trying to recruit me into their evil ways already! I take this as a good sign.

I think I just thanked her, but what I should have said was: "You should see my Psych mark!"

Okay, I have a million things to do this evening, and I might just be feeling restless enough to get up and do them. So no more LJ for me.

I'm definitely feelin' that vibe. I'll probably corner Dr. C sometime soon and actually talk about what would be involved in a Sociology major. I really don't have any idea what direction I want to go in, so it can't hurt to check out my options.
