Wow.

I love it when I'm impressed by movies I had no clue were good. It's kinda nice not having a million people tell you how good it is, too. Otherwise I'm all too ready to take a movie apart, even if it doesn't deserve it.

I watched Moulin Rouge today. I was duly impressed. That movie definately was NOT publicized as being anything like it actually is. *laughs*

I'm glad musicals still exist. They're so damn much fun. Besides, what better way to take you through an emotional roller-coaster than to play it out in song? After all, the background music/lack thereof has a huge impact on the emotional impact... Making the characters actually get involved IN the music, therefore, seems to suggest that it'll be even more effective.

I have a bunch of cold McDonald's french fries sitting next to me! Wee! I don't want to eat them, because they're cold and disgusting! Wee! and they get all soggy and gross when you microwave them to warm them up! Wee!

Have I had too much sugar today? *checks insulin levels*
